📦 Return deadline
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
📋 Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

Some personalized or promotional items may not be refundable (this will be indicated on the product sheet).
💸 Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt.
If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a few days.
🚚 Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
